She looked at the mound of hair on the floor. The first time was the hardest for her. The second time felt a lot easier. This time, the third, she was at ease with the procedure.
Each time she had her long, black hair cut, she had consoled herself. People fighting cancer were more important.

I know young girls who have had their beautiful hair snipped for such causes. 🙂 Beautiful to see their heart on their sleeve!

I know a person who did so very recently. When I showed her mother this post, she said it’s a beautiful feeling even if a part of you is snipped.
